From September 2 to 4, 2026, TRUEWIN TECHNOLOGY participated in SEMICON Taiwan 2026 and partnered with MACHAN to showcase complex heavy-duty equipment enclosures and mobile computer carts.

Structural Design Is Essential to Successfully Deploying Equipment
Competition in the semiconductor and automation equipment industries often focuses on functionality, control systems, and core technologies. However, for equipment to be successfully deployed in real-world environments, it must be built on a stable and suitable structural foundation. Equipment enclosures must accommodate components, support loads, organize wiring, and provide sufficient maintenance access. Mobile platforms must also take operating height, equipment securing, center of gravity, and movement safety into account. When equipment is further integrated with AMRs, RFID, or intelligent management and control systems, its structure must also be adapted to accommodate sensors, locking mechanisms, power supplies, control modules, and communication devices.
Therefore, an equipment enclosure is more than just a sheet metal shell surrounding a product. It is an essential platform that connects functionality, operation, and manufacturing. This was the key message MACHAN aimed to communicate at the exhibition: starting with individual sheet metal components and going one step further to help customers solve challenges related to equipment structures and manufacturing implementation. With in-house capabilities in sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, assembly, and quality inspection, MACHAN helps customers reduce the complexity of coordinating multiple suppliers while maintaining consistency from prototypes through subsequent production.
